AI Transparency
Effective November 2026
SiteRep Works uses AI features across several of its workspaces to help construction teams reduce administrative work. This page is maintained by SiteRep Works to explain how AI is used, what it does, and what it does not do.
1. Where AI is used
- SiteWright AI — meeting transcription, summaries, and action items.
- BuildSITREP — assisted drafting of report sections from user-provided input.
- SiteShield — pattern surfacing across safety observations and inspections.
- Closeout Command — assisted requirement extraction from user-provided documents.
- HaulProof Reports — assisted categorization of waste tickets.
2. What AI never does
- Send customer content to unrelated third parties for model training.
- Automatically publish, submit, or share output without a user in the loop.
- Replace human judgment on safety, compliance, or contractual decisions.
3. Human review
AI output in every workspace is a draft. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before it becomes an official project record.
4. Data handling
Content submitted to AI features is processed to generate the requested output and to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention, subprocessors, and user rights.
5. Model providers
SiteRep Works uses reputable model providers under agreements that restrict use of customer content for training their public models.
6. Feedback
Questions or concerns about AI features can be sent to contact@siterepworks.company.
