Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all SiteRep Works workspaces. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

1. You may not

• Use the platform to violate any law or regulation.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the platform without written permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Use AI features to generate false safety records, waste diversion figures, closeout documentation, or other project records.
• Interfere with other customers' use of the platform.

2. Enforcement

SiteRep Works may investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, suspend accounts or remove content. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required.

3. Reporting abuse

Report suspected AUP violations to contact@siterepworks.company.
